My first call to this locksmith was because my house locks were getting sticky and hard to use. I was afraid I would be locked out. The lady on the phone helped me out with recommendations on how to fix the problem myself - and it worked! Saved me money I didnt have at the time. Of course I called them again when I lost my keys. Pascal sold me a Lennox furance and installed it, on time and on budget, he went above and beyond to get this in and working on time. The Lennox I purchased has had some issues, but it is the furnace, not the installation. Pascal has been professional and responsive to my requests with regard to this Lennox furnace.
