Over twenty years ago I purchased a NAD receiver from this store and when I moved recently I was unable to connect my turntable properly. NO PROBLEM. Bryan kindly assisted me with this over the telephone and was willing to look at the connections in-store at no cost if necessary. Now I have great sounding music again.

Their sales people are very friendly and professional and they gave us space to look and discuss. Their delivery team was also excellent. We absolutely love our furniture too. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and as a direct response, I purchased a dryer! Delivery and product was also excellent!
