It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. Franks Tree Service provided prompt and excellent service. They did everything necessary for the removal of our 7 large trees, two of them being huge multi-limb Manitoba Maples, from our backyard. Everything about the removal was meticulous - cutting of tree, cutting it into the logs, shredding, etc. Nothing was left to chance. This job was not an easy one. Anywhere from manoeuvring around in tight spaces to hydro wires & neighbours fences. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a lot of branches and tree trunk down because of a wind storm. I called reliable tree service the next morning. John and his team was here the next morning! All the branches and tree trunk were removed and cleaned the whole area up and took all the wood and chips away and left the area perfect! Thanks John and your crew! I would highly recommend and use Reliable tree service again!!

Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. I got amazing feedback & felt great after. I also relaxed during my golf game & played my best round ever. I plan to build on these great experiences.

Second trip here. Excellent both times. Amazing Ackee and salt fish. Delicious fish cakes. Incredible Roti and chicken or shrimp or beef or goat or vegetarian. Kathy takes time to explain dishes for those not familiar. A nice change from same old same old. Caribbean dishes/Barbados/Jamaica and ??. Highly highly recommend this eatery. Treat yourself.
