The Y really does have it all. The downtown Y has a great selection of classes, a pool, tons of cardio equipment, weights etc. For adults it is definitely worth it to purchase the Membership Plus. You get use of the sauna, steam room, toiletries & towels.

The design with red cedar is great, the materials are top-quality, and the crew who did the installation were excellent, punctual and tactful.
