amazing customer service!! Both employees jumped in to help me finish my package to meet the UPS pickup. They both went out of their way to ensure that my parcel made it to Missouri before Christmas. Sue spent a lot of time making sure we had all the information and options available to us to make a decision. She was also able to retrieve information on an earlier purchase we had made so we could see if we wanted to match it. While being new to the store she was very helpful and in no way high pressure in her dealings with us.
