I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. Ken is a trustworthy person who I look for in businesses. All of his employees share the same core beliefs. I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed.
