I’ve been going to Saanich Rentals for over 25 years and the service has always been excellent. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They always go the extra mile. When parts were no longer available for my old chainsaw, they figured out how to fix it. I recently bought a new chainsaw and the service is outstanding. They always take the time with their customers and make them feel special. I always recommend them to my friends.

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.

I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

This Cosmetics Department is the best on the island. The ladies are amazing. They really listened to what I had to say and helped me to pick out exactly what I needed. Debbie helped me today but all of the ladies are great. Super Staff. I love shopping here.

I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. Previously i had been going to the clinics at Metrotown because of their convenient hrs but was never that happy with the rotating hygienists and drs. The level of service was fine but I didn't know what I was missing until I went to Queensborough Dental. Dentist Candy Cheung runs a tight ship. Every one of her staff are well trained and client oriented. I hate going to the dentist because I have an overreactive gag reflux and her staff was able to help me through getting fillings done. Dr Cheung herself is very thorough and explained to me everything that was going on. My husband recently had his molars removed by them and said he was nowhere as swollen as he thought he would be. He was impressed that all the pros and cons were explained to him of the techniques being used. Avoid going during rush hr if u have to cross Queensborough bridge.

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone

Such wonderful dentists!So patient and understanding of our son's fears from past experiences. Every single staff member is welcoming and kind. They do excellent dentistry and only recommend what is required. They won't try to make you spend a bunch of money uneccessarily. After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
