I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. John removed my old furnace and replaced it with an entirely new one a few years back and did an outstanding job. Hew is extremely conscientious and both the quality of his workmanship and personal contact on follow-ups were exemplary. You won't regret a decision to go with John for your heating and a/c needs.
