Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I love how if you are having problems with speeds, they will literally do it with turbomeeting (similar to teamviewer 12), and just do the work and fix it. They are the cheapest and constant company in regard to payments. No hidden fees and i pay the same month to month. My internet has gone down in price twice in two years for faster speed.
