Cedar Beach is a fantastic quick get-away for Toronto folks, even those with small motor scooters. The tent camping sites are clean, shaded, near the well maintained, well-lit bathrooms and beach. This is a great park with great staff,amenities and recreational activities including a peaceful night sleep.
*Please expand the under utilized south-east picnic area for more tent-only campsites (without water or electricity) for the busy, heavily booked week-ends.

Both Lorraine and Robert are friendly and always willing to answer my multitude of questions. They have inspired me to become the best gardener I can possibly be and in turn I have learned how to keep my environment healthy and safe for myself and the creatures that live within it. My favourite restaurant in Thornhill < hmm maybe Toronto. Consistently great food, awesome service and wonderful ambiance. Plus when they kick that quartet up on the weekend , feels like your in a great jazz restaurant. I keep coming back.
