I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. The service Kemp hearing provides is top notch!! Jason Kemp has an amazing program he created that made my old hearing aids perform to that of a new high end product! I couldn't believe the difference from what I was hearing before to what I hear now amazing!!!! I highly recomend Jason Kemp
