I was in search for a down pillow. I had gone to a high-end big box store, and looked at their prices. The big box store was almost twice as much as ducky downs. The owner even said if the pillow wasn't to my satisfaction I could take it back and she could adjust it for me. They also make custom duvet covers for their beautiful duvet comforters. I will definitely go back there for my bedding.

Darren quoted me less than half of what BOYD quoted for a new bumper and colour matching. He tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I realized I didn’t have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past closing for me to pickup my car. The colour match was perfect. The whole process was so easy and effortless. He really went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend

Needed a new master key system set-up for our warehouse. Needed done in a hurry. Phoned around and to a few places and was told they would be out next week. They I called these guys and Bruce answered. He was out the next day and got us set up. Appreciate the timely service and a job well done. Would recommend.

My Cottage Garden was excellent. My fiancé and I were in there tonight for our fourth year anniversary. Everyone made us feel welcome and special. The service from everyone was really nice. The food was absolutely delicious. It was with great pride to come home to find that our sewer connection to the house was finished. Topsoil was in place . plants replaced, and no soil or sand left on site. I took a look around the neighbourhood in dismay that other contractors had left such a mess for the homeowners to clean up. Approved was very professional in their work and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The is a West kelowna company that takes great pride in the jobs they do at competitive prices. Great job

I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!

My husband and I have dealt with Cloverdale paint in Kelowna for years and find their products and service to be excellent. We tried other brands and places when they have had a sale but never again as we were very disappointed with them.
Their stain, paint and customer service (especially Angela) is just wonderful.
We needed specialized help with a difficult project a few months ago and got all the help and ideas we needed and it turned out just so good. We would never go anywhere else.
