Amazing gym. Love the 24-hours and the fact it's never closed. Great staff too, they really care about helping get results. Another one just opened in Port Coquitlam too, so I can use both gyms whenever I want.

This is your old fashion pizza parlour ....Any one remember Shakies Pizza?
Kids love this place....they can watch them make the pizzas....great bench style seating on back for birthday parties. The pizza is your thin and crispy style which I love....it's a great pizza if you don't like all the dough the comes with all the cheap pizzas. I have been eating here for years and will never stop!

Steve and his team were amazing. They were quick to install and very knowledgable. I had a problem with my garage monitor and when I phoned Drew came out that same day to make sure everything was working perfectly. Each staff I met was so friendly and accommodating even with my sleeping baby! I Highly recommend them.

Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. The entire experience was very enjoyable, Mandy worked with me to give me exactly what I envisioned and she even worked within my budget to give me an affordable price.if price is no bar they make the most elegant arrangements I have seen, and if you are on a budget they will work harder with you to meet it than any other florist.
Mandy is always able to produce the most beautiful arrangements that can be used for days. I've been to other florists, but none of them were as personable as Mandy. You are always in great hands at Plush!! Whether you need just one arrangement for a special occasion, or if you are looking for 30 table top arrangements, this is the place to go. They have a beautiful shop located on the main strip in burnaby.
Mandy is passionate about what she does and it shows in her arrangements, is incredibly talented, and also really listened to my requests. I couldn't have been happier with the result. Not to mention the pricing was extremely reasonable. Couldn't give a higher recommendation for this store.
