I've been coming here since 2009. I have nothing but Great Respect for All the Staff!! All the Receptionists are Amazingly Nice and Caring. Very Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time. I recommend it to Everyone I know!! Dr. Kristina McLaren is so Caring and Helpful, she goes above and beyond her duties; it shows she cares about her furry patients and their parents. A doctor with incredible wealth of knowledge in his area of expertise and beyond. Willing to take the time to explain the issues and available options. He is also just a good person - you know that he cares for his patients. He is a rarity in today's world - he actually reviews your medical history before meeting you so he knows why you are seeing him. And he takes the time to listen. I visited this location to pick up glasses ordered more than 2 weeks ago. Things had changed since. Not sure where to start, I tried to get to the carts which were behind a line up of patrons pushing carts. Blessed be the bearded patron who yelled at me not to get near him. Poor soul, you must have been very scared but just remember buddy that everybody is scared! Blessed be the lady in the optical department, you were such an angel I was nearly in tears. You made up for him. Thank you.

My son saw Dr Anstey and she gave such an in depth assessment while still being fun and taking the time to distract him. She didn’t gloss over anything just because he’s a baby and doesn’t always cooperate which I really appreciated. I chose this clinic based on reviews from other parents and I very much agree.

My late grandparents old clock had not worked in years. Not wanting to try and repair it myself , I decided to email Schafer's Clock Repair on a Sunday afternoon. knowing they were not open till Monday , to my surprise I got a phone call in 1o minutes.
Peter Schafer called my while he was sitting at the airport in Calgary ( visiting family ) He walked me thru a very simple thing to get my clock back up ant ticking !
