Once again Hernandez Sanitation Services did an excellent job. Called at 9:00 am Tuesday May 25/21 and they arrived before 11:00 am. The system was plugged and within a half hour was up and running. found a pipe leaking underneath the bathroom sink early in the morning, turned off the shut off valve, called a friend to fix it and still continue to leak. called Encore told the receptionist my problem and was very receptive to my problem. Booked an appt. to come and Dostin came to fix the pipe. He was very professional and pleasant ,job well done .And fix ,placed the pipe the way where it's supposed to be..will definitely call them again. Highly recommended .They also warranty there work
