On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.

This young hard working caring therapist is someone you need to have work with you. She tries to find a solution specific to your injury so you can recover and carry on with life. I have worked with her for 9 months, she always looks for cutting edge exercises, simple to help you recover. You do need to do the work as your recovery is your journey she is the coach.After breaking my back in 2 places, my shoulder blades and severe whiplash I am walking, golfing .

I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!

Dr Bimal is an amazing Veterinarian. He really cares about the animals. He has a wonderful gentle approach to explaining what he is doing and why.
He was really concerned about the health of my cat when I first brought him in for a check up. Over the next few weeks he kept in contact to check up on our cats condition. Unfortunately we lost our boy that month. Dr Bimal and his team were very kind and compassionate during our difficult time before and after we said goodbye to our beloved cat.

CMHA is like my second home. I have a lot of friends there, who are like family to me. We have awesome activities, outings, camping trips, and educational programs that are really helpful in improving health and lifestyles in general. We have a lot of fun even during coffee time, whether we are volunteering or just there to enjoy a hot drink and the company of others. The staff are wonderful; encouraging us to participate in events. They are easy to talk to and open to suggestions for activities
