Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. Syed is a specialists with Tinnitus and hearing and has been a life saver for me. Everything he said to do and what the hearing aids would do, has been so true. Since I left the clinic yesterday I do not want to take the hearing aids off and the blue tooth is amazing. I forget that I am wearing hearing aids cause I am so busy hearing everything else.
