I was today at Techcity Scarborough - 1275 Kennedy Road. I was looking for a Laptop and a Tablet. Ali Johar became the contact person for me. He showed me many products to choose from. There was a wide variety. Ali Johar was very patient, polite, respectful and sincere. No compulsion. He showed me the products which were close or under my budget. My computer was hacked this week and at the suggestion of a friend I turned to Derek of Bennett Consulting for help. He cleared appointments and set to work. There was a lot of damage and cleanup to do but he got the job done and at a reasonable price. Now I am comfortable using my computer and thank him so much for doing such a great job for me. This place is amazing! I have a MacBook that I literally bought 1 year ago, unfortunately it go water damaged from my infant daughter. The computer was giving a replace battery signal. When I took it to the apple store and I was told that I should buy a new computer since the battery alone couldn’t be replaced, as it was costing $875 to fix everything. I was going to buy a new computer as suggested. But my gut told me to bring it to this place. In less than 10 mins the problem was resolved. Lire plus
