I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session. The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns.
