Joined this company for almost 7 years. Feel like family. office staff, leader, guides are all very nice and professional. they might be $100 or $200 more than other companies. but they provide better hotels (most of them are 5*), better meals. I wish could join them again after this pandemic!!

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Imagine a "foodie" visiting a grill for an exciting new food experience.. A Western Sandwich. (Cost $4.50) Imagine the "foodie" waiting 40 minutes for that Western Sandwich with a parched throat because of no coffee refill. But still, "foodie" gives the sandwich a 3. Let me say this: No one has ever waied 49 minutes for a Western Sandwich at the Mosely Street Grill, or has waited 40 minutes for a coffee refill, at least since the new owners took over. Wouldn;t it be great for the new owners if their servers were run off their feet and their cooks were so busy that it took 40 minutes to get a Western Sandwich out of the kitchen. Soon folks like the "foodie" will need a reservation. Or just a nice lie?
