Just had a new AC unit installed by Lougheed and I am extremely happy. Brad came to my home for a consultation and within a day I had a new AC unit installed. Everyone was extremely professional including Michelle in the office. I would recommend Lougheed to anyone!!

I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

Had front of garage concrete badly deteriorated from salt etc. BMC removed 3 feet of bad concrete and did a fantastic job of repair - looks amazing. Also replaced black top driveway. Constantine and his crew had a tough job to do but did it very well and where courteous and friendly. I can easily recommend BMC as a good choice for concrete and paving work.

Gary is the hardest working, most honest gentleman I have ever dealt with. I can say this honestly as a former tradesman (8 years with local 675 drywall union). Called Charrois Heating & Air after the AC filled the house with a smokey smell - right at the beginning of a heat wave. They were onsite a couple of hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem.
