Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I only expected the shop to fix what the insurance asked them to fix but when I got the car back I know they did more than what my insurance asked for. The did not try to use mechanical terms and made my time being there easier and thanks for the fine result.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. This Bowman fuels company took over the Penetang area this year from Tim Stewart Petro Canada and I was a little nervous as I had been with Tim for many years. In fact I admit I thought about going somewhere else...but I have to say that they have gone above and beyond to keep me as their customer.
