Was referred to Advantage Car Rentals by my body shop because I was involved in an accident with my own car. They picked me up right on time and I was in & out of the office within minutes. They set up the rental with my insurance company and billed them directly. The vehicle they provided to me (Honda CRV) was excellent!
When my vehicle was done I returned the rental and they provided me a shuttle to the shop.
The whole experience was excellent! I'll most definitely refer my friends and family to them!

I spent a lot of time looking for the right car rental agency as I needed to rent a car for a trip to Quebec City. I've rented from other places but this is the best: the people are the nicest, the car selection is great, the service is fast and efficient.

The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.

Great experience with this location. It was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I was picked up from the auto body shop and offered a drop off when I returned the car. I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. Do call him!

Easy to use! Since experiencing a fire, I have rented from Akmal four times in the past six weeks: a cube truck twice and a cargo van twice. The trucks were in good condition. Communications have been great! I appreciate the service that I have received. I find the experience less bureaucratic than the big name brands and pricing is good. We have had no problems with shifts in timing. I like Akmal's commitment to customer service!! Would definitely recommend to others.

We had excellent service here from the manager, Mr. Hong. They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot! Will definitely be returning in the future for our vehicular needs. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative, but from my experience you won't regret renting here!

This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.
