Thank you to the wonderful and kind and most helpful Amber Stewart of Connects Wireless Nelson. Located in the Chahko Mika Mall. Not only did I get a new cell phone and a great promo. I got all of my questions answered by Amber. I had been thinking of getting a cell phone for awhile. I had gone to other cell phone providers. Amber is the first one who really listened. My iPhone suffered extensive salt water damage ....I had not backed up my phone and feared I had lost valuable irreplaceable photo's and information. I cannot say enough about how personable and informative they were. The iPhone was repaired in a timely fashion and I am relieved to say the information I feared lost was save. I am very grateful .

I brought in my phone with a cracked camera lens cover. They had to order the part, which only took a couple of days. And it took less than an hour to fix, and when fixing it, they noticed the camera was also off, so they replaced it free of charge. Excellent service and a great price.
