My husband and I found a great older home, but were unsure exactly what we were getting into. He was very thorough from the beginning to the end of the inspection and welcomed us to follow him through the house and ask questions when we had them. His reports brought any issues of importance to the forefront as well as reassured us of other fixes that can be done over time. Odds On Home Inspection did such a thorough job and left us feeling very secure about our purchase. Ray was such a nice man; he answered all of our questions and investigated all of our concerns. We received the report immediately (62 pages including pictures). We have never had such an intensive inspection done. I would highly recommend them.

Diamond Home inspection.ca was more than great. He was friendly, thorough, professional and most of all, very clear and information on every aspect of the property he inspected. Not only did we get what we paid for, we learned a lot about how the property was constructed, what to look out for, and other advice that was totally an eye-opener. It was such a relief to get all the information from a professional like Diamond Home inspection. Everything thing he mentioned in the walkthrough inspection (which took 2.5hrs) was recorded in a pdf which he emailed us the next day.

I have used other companies in the past but none were as professional and knowledgeable as Accurate Home Inspection. Reasonably priced. Begin Inspections Ltd was my home inspector company for a recent home inspection and Dennis Begin was very helpful. His knowledge and professionalism in regards to some of my concerns helped me understand some of the problems encountered in the home inspection and his suggested solutions were great. We liked that he was easy going and willing to answer any questions we had and look at all the things we wanted to have looked at while at the inspection, plus showed us more.
