A family member needed a good gaming computer back in 2009. Josto recommended parts, ordered those they didn't have and assembled everything into what they then said was the fastest computer they'd ever had in the store. We still have it and it continues to be a fine performer, although no longer top end. A few parts have been swapped but on the whole the same box. Good advice, good recommendations and a good build.

After my son's apple juice split into my Mac airs keyboard I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Fortunately after doing some research I found these guys. Thank goodness! I was referred by a friend to Computer Depot. He told me he is using him for all his computer problems and he was really happy with him. I have to say my friend is right I had a problem with my gaming computer I had taken it to another computer shop and they were telling me you have to buy a new one, and I love my PC and didn't want to do that then I took to him he gave it another life and my PC is running much better and is faster. I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. They are very qualified techs

They saved my life lol not literally though. I had all my wedding pictures baby picture stored on my hard drive and it stopped working. I took it to 2 other places in town before bringing it to them and they me into there computer shop and went through all the photos I thought I would never see again. They were so quick and friendly and the tech guy helped me set my system to do backups from now own to save me from having a heart attack if it happens again.

I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!

As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Techs On Time you've got my business!

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.
