A treasure-trove of delightful ideas and products for the creative card-maker/scrapbooker! I found some gorgeous imported papers from Poland and Australia that I've seen nowhere else. The owner, Carole, is delightful to chat with and is clearly very passionate about helping her customers create beautiful paper crafts. Wow factor, for sure!

Recently a friend asked me to help with some last minute wedding details, i was on the hook for candy scoops, red rocks and ribbon. Being a guy i turned to the Yellowpages application. I found Michaels and gave them a call, the woman who answered was very helpful, she took the time and gave me a price breakdown, what was what, described what everything looked like and then even emailed me some pictures. I knew exactly what i was getting before i got it. When i arrived she had everything at the front counter and even opened up a new till to help me out!
As much as i dont shop there very often, the next time i need some arts and crafts ill stop in to make my purchase!

Jessie will explain how a product is used. Also she doesn't mind if you take pictures of card and layout samples in her store. Other stores in Lower mainland don't allow this. Jessie makes you feel like you are a friend, not just a customer. I highly recommend.

Archival paper, art paper, origami paper, writing paper, note paper and paper cards they have all kinds on offer. For the more daring they even have the supplies you need to make your own paper. Perfect location and the right assortment of everything crafty - you can't get this stuff anywhere in the area. You can sign up for lessons on how to do stuff too! Love it there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

This is my favourite fabric and crafts store in all of B.C. Never busy or understaffed due to the unpopulated city location, line ups for the cashier are often short or nonexistent. You'll find the friendly staff very helpful to navigate you through their wide selection. Plus they often have rare items and colours instock to pick-up unlike other busy Vancouver or Burnaby locations. 40% discount coupons (for 1item) are available every day.
