I am an editor for a local Calgary news paper (for which I can not mention the name due to our policy) and was in the middle of a large story when my youngest one accidentally spilled wine over my brand new MacBook Pro.
They came and repaired it immediately and saved the day!
I am very to have found them and will certainly use them again in the future!

My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. Amazing service and super good dudes!

I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.

There is no other place like it! I felt comfortable asking questions about my devices and learned new things on how to fix minor problems, that can occur with these devices. It has good prices, and should be your #1 choice to go, if you find an electronic not working properly, or even just have questions. No question is a silly one!
