The manager Tommy was really friendly and helpful. I brought my vinyl player and speaker equipment a couple of days ago and he took the time to show me all the cord options for the cord I was looking for. I'm not tech savvy at all so shopping for tech equipment and parts are challenging for me lol! I'm definitely going back again because he really made it easy for me.

After finding Trent on here I would highly recommend him to all for computer repair. 2019-03-30th. Today one selling woman just little further on the right side from the entrance by the table have done amazing speech about a product I asked for. For me is important only being fair about a product and people do not have to love me or hate me. If anyone else does something wrong , then of course have to be reported, when comes to the body safety mostly from the customers.
This was a great moment at this Apple RETAIL STORE with asked questiones, that were answered clearly.

It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!
