Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!

I have used techshop for the past 10 years for the various laptops that I have owned, and I have found them to be:
1. very sympathetic to my panic of having a computer that is not functioning properly,
2. very time efficient in correcting the issues that have plagued them
3. very cost effective
I highly recommend them and am heading into their shop today to have them, yet again, SAVE THE DAY (aka my computer) for me !

#top-class... you can buy Apple things everywhere but ReStart is super stocked and the Service personnel are spectacular, friendly,affordable and reliable.
I have purchased over 20 mac devices and they all work great because of the fine tuning done by Robin and Chris as needed .....incredibly, the whole family shops here. Siamak is the boss ...if you invite him for a really good Italian style espresso, only once at Shatterbox across the street, he'll treat you better than his family in the old

I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

I was referred by a friend to Computer Depot. He told me he is using him for all his computer problems and he was really happy with him. I have to say my friend is right I had a problem with my gaming computer I had taken it to another computer shop and they were telling me you have to buy a new one, and I love my PC and didn't want to do that then I took to him he gave it another life and my PC is running much better and is faster. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store.
