I had issues with an older laptop and the staff at Beach Impressions were quickly able to diagnose and fix the problems. I was really pleased with how they communicated with me about timing, pricing and the problems. They also suggested some helpful tips on how to keep my laptop from running more smoothly in the future. Highly recommend if you have any computer issues.

Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. A nicely laid out store in the Leslie/Elgin Mills plaza, the two employees there at the time were extremely helpful. They were kind, patient with my questions, and didn't rush me into a decision. I was mulling over a certain speaker set for over 3 months! I finally committed, and they couldn't have given me a better price.
Conveniently located next to a TD, so paying cash was no problem. ;)

I have to say Canada Computer is fairly good with business conducts. Many places advertise something, but never had enough stocks to justify the hype. CC actually carry stocks for their sales items, and overall service is not bad too.
I usually shop at the Kennedy location for its convenient location. Highly recommended.

2019-03-30th. Today one selling woman just little further on the right side from the entrance by the table have done amazing speech about a product I asked for. For me is important only being fair about a product and people do not have to love me or hate me. If anyone else does something wrong , then of course have to be reported, when comes to the body safety mostly from the customers.
This was a great moment at this Apple RETAIL STORE with asked questiones, that were answered clearly.

His prices are excellent and he is the only reliable IT person that I have been able to find so far. He will return all calls, if not that day then within 12 hours.

This place is amazing! I have a MacBook that I literally bought 1 year ago, unfortunately it go water damaged from my infant daughter. The computer was giving a replace battery signal. When I took it to the apple store and I was told that I should buy a new computer since the battery alone couldn’t be replaced, as it was costing $875 to fix everything. I was going to buy a new computer as suggested. But my gut told me to bring it to this place. In less than 10 mins the problem was resolved.

I just have to state the staff and owner was amazing. I went in upset as I needed my phone and could not be without it. They fixed my phone, and there was a lot wrong with it. it was cost effective as their pricing was very fair. I recommend this company and i Will come back and refer them to everyone I know. They know what they are doing and they also are very empathetic to customers who come in upset and scared the phone would never work again. But they fixed it with no issues!!
