The hard drive on my MacBook Air was compromised over the weekend. Being very concerned for the loss of my files, Virginia was extremely helpful in easing my stress when deciding to do a recovery procedure for my MacBook Air. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and worked rapidly to solve this problem for me. Aside from my files being recovered and I was also instructed on the best back-up solution to avoid this problem in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Outpost2.

When a friend told me to get a Macbook I didn't know where to start. I knew nothing about them. I also knew I couldn't stand all the frustrations I was having with my PC. I looked up in Yellow Pages who to go see. They put me at ease by showing me just how easy to use they were.
