I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. A few months ago Smart Home Creations installed our home theater equipment. After a phone call Jason came to our home to do their on-site evaluation. He was very easy to talk too and did a thorough evaluation. When he was finished we knew exactly what we needed. Jason let us know they could also provide all the equipment we needed, and I was blown away by his knowledge. They finished ahead of schedule and really took the time to explain how to use the new equipment.
