I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

Dr. Kanwar is as stellar as a person as he is as a dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable across all areas of the art of dentistry including complications with matters ranging from root canals to jaw issues. Dr. Kanwar is well connected to specialists across fields and his staff are thus able to ensure timely referrals are in place. His staff of technicians and front receptionists are always cordial, and work as a team with him to ensure all patients receive the best care they can provide.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly and Dr. Butts has the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. You can tell he loves what he does and eye health is very important to him. I have recommended Dr. Butts and Calgary Trail Vision Centre to many family and friends.

Pros: Can not say enough good things about this store. Cheap, fast and quality work that I've never seen anywhere else. I've had my system for a little over 2 years, and have never had a problem with it, I'm a gamer, and it still runs like new.
I've had a few friends get their systems from these guys. Wouldn't reccomend anyone else.
Cons: If I ever think of any, i'll let you know.
