I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

Nate provides excellent service. He was super fast and professional, he explained what the problem was with my computer and what my options were so that I could make the best choice. He had it fixed up and back to me the same day! I am so thankful! Total life saver!

I’ve been coming to this store for several years now as they are always great. The woman who runs it is knowledgeable and communicates very well. I’ve never had a bad repair or bad followup, glad to have them in my neighbourhood!! iPhone and laptops all taken care of ;)))

Upgraded the ram and hard drive to 1 tb on my alienware laptop. works really well, i also purchased a battery for my Hp Pavilion dv6 there, not many places have laptop batteries. very helpful

When my computer died I scanned and found the hard drive was not detected. I wanted to get my data out. That is expensive. When I called Computer Steve he explained that he would test the drive and pull my data if possible. I visited and during the test he explained the kind of damage sustained and why it was not possible to salvage. I paid $5.00. (Elsewhere I was priced $100+ for the same service). Great person and more important: HONEST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES.

AMAZING service! they recovered my data for 80% less than what I was quoted by geeksquad... My external hard drive stopped working and I had a lot of important data on it as I am a professor at Ryerson and had all my students assignments on it so naturally I panic and called best buy (worst decision ever), they told me my drive was totally dead and it would cost $1650 - $2000 for the recovery. I did a search and found these guys for a second opinion, when i brought it in they quoted me $350 WOW.
