Had an overall inspection done on 2 houses before deciding to buy one.The inspection was very thorough and professional. This made us confident in buying the property. even though some minor repairs-neded were discovered. Five years ago Vantage Builders renovated a condo bungalow that we were going to move into. Recently, we had a problem with a decorative, brick wall that they built. I phoned them up and they immediately agreed to come and see the problem. Within weeks it was fixed up at no expense or aggravation to us. You could not ask for better service. I would recommend them anytime.

I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.

I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

I had surgery to remove a tumor from my heart last year. I highly recommend Dr Warrian and his team. They are all warm, caring people. Dr Warrian has a calmness about him that made me feel so much less stressed by the time my initial consultation was over. He took the time to answer every single question that I asked him and never made me feel rushed. He is an excellent surgeon.
