I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

I saw before booking there was a short waiting list.
I booked and was in the salon within 15 minutes , no waiting upon arrival.
Out within 30 minutes with a great haircut ,and trim.

I have been back several times and saved a bunch of cash.5☆☆☆☆☆ out of 5. sometimes you might have to wait a couple minutes but we'll worth the wait. The staff at the counter are knowledgeable and professional with a personal touch. What more could you want ! I would highly recommend this business for all your used auto parts needs. The staff is very good. They really care about the patients. It's sometimes hard to get in for an appointment with wait times on average 2 weeks. But if possible they do their best to squeeze you in much sooner if not the same day. They have a wide variety of activities going on in the center every day. It makes the place seem friendlier. This also allows for everyone to get involved. The programs for kids are excellent!!!!! Good work NKHC STAFF AND DOCTORS!

Staff was always on hand and usually made friendly visits while we worked in our locker, adding to the sense of good security. The premises were very clean and tidy and bright. The moving carts were a major convenience. We initially chose this company because of easy access to central Kingston. We would use this company again and are happy to recommend it.
