We recently used Waterfront Plumbing and Heating to fix our kitchen and bathroom plumbing nightmares. We also had them install new plumbing for a future bathroom in our basement. I had great & friendly service. My deadbolt tumbler was "frozen" so I removed it & went to the shop. He fixed it and didn't charge me & gave me free advice on how to care for the deadbolt. Re:In the defense of Tidey Lock in previous comment posted re:charge out fees. I have found those fees normal for ALL locksmiths. When called out, they have top bring tools & the truck containing the tools. Distance doesn't matter from my experiences, as a landlord who used many companies in the past.

Mario and Antonio worked their tails off to complete the draintile replacement project on my 60s house. Excellent and prompt communication from start to end, quoting was precise and competitive. They worked long hard days to complete the critical pieces before the rain came. Site was kept clean and tidy throughout the project. Made to order sandwiches on wonderful chewy bread. We tried the pork and the fish varieties accompanied by our side choices of pickled vegetables and green salad. All tasted fresh and tasty and unique blend. The brewed unsweetened iced tea was a nice finish. The restaurant has this wooden, rustic open feel. There is an entrance on both Powell and Alexander streets. Sufficient street pay parking at the edge of gastown.
