I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Reday is excellent!!! Very friendly and helpful. We went on a sunday, looked at upgrading both phones. He went over the plans and different options. Gave us a really good deal plus freebies on top of that. Would highly recommend. Great customer service!!!!

Id like to thank Casey at the wireless department for helping me out. This guy deserves your business. He sold me and my girlfriend a phone a couple days ago, I wasnt exactly liking it because I wasnt used to it and the curved glass was weird. But he got into and figured out away for me to get into a phone more suited for me made it easy and am happy with my decision now thanks.
