They really came through for us!!! Not only that they phoned us as soon as our item was ready for pick up and waited after hours for us to come and pick it up knowing it was urgent for us to have this garment. We just got a rescue and was told he was difficult to groom...well NOT at groovy groomers lol. well they didn't say he couldn't come back, They are amazing and thank you so much for taking care and making Odin pretty.

First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.
