Talk about Superior customer service on Oct 28/2019 ! My door closer was broken so Steve send his man down right away at 8 am within 20 minutes a brand new was put in and my door is like new . Had all 4 of my boxers stay there, they LOVED IT!!!! So much room for them to run and play. Well taken care of, just like home. I don't think they wanted to leave.
I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!
In the past, I have had bad experiences at other boarding facilities, and was hesitant and found it very hard to trust a place that would treat my fur babies they way I think they should be cared for, and most of all they weren't scared and worried about being left.
I would trust leaving them 100℅
