After receiving various estimates from other companies for a built-in fireplace, we decided to go with Premiere. Williams understood exactly what we were looking for while offering solutions to problems we were concerned about. Once the design was finalized, they came to install over 3 days and did an outstanding job. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful, even accommodating a last-minute modification on the job site! I was referred to Champion by another shop in the city (which said a lot to me already). I met Dan the owner and he didn't waste any time at all. Asked me what I wanted done, grabbed all the necessary catalogues, ordered the parts, and made the mods in record time. These guys move fast, are very knowledgeable, and come through when you need it most, and when most others won't.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I'm normally not the type of person to write a review but when a company has treated you this good I think it's only fair- Monster Plowing has been an absolute rock star when it comes to taking care of my property!
Always on time- Always ensure my all the snow is clear from all of the designated areas (Doorways, walkways etc). I've never had any issue with this company- ALWAYS reliable!
Thank you to the monster team for making living in Canada (especially this year) more manageable!

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. Rainbow helped with our backyard makeover. From quote to clean up all went very smooth. We love the way the interlock turned out along with small garden wall. They even helped removing some old trees for the artificial grass company we used. Appreciate the extras and have referred them to friends. I’m no dummy and I don’t like being treated like one. After calling another company to check out the garage door openers they carried and getting treated like an idiot, I ended the conversation and called Barmac. That was the smartest thing I could have done. It was great to talk with someone who knows how to interact with customers and not talk down to them. I found the opener that was just right for my garage door and had it installed in no time. Thanks!

The dealership was very professional and maintained the excellent customer service after I received my qx60 .They took care of any issues that arose right away to ease my stress. There is a good reason that there is a "MISTER" in front of his name : he is no ordinary plumber ! Prompt, polite, professional ... I could say that he is also pretty, but that doesn't matter - even though he wears his pants properly ! My toilet was clogged ... I called MISTER PLUMBER late in the evening on Saturday ... he came right away with a fair and reasonable price, quickly solving the problem, and leaving without leaving behind a mess : now MISTER, that's a PLUMBER !
