I opted Stage2data Solutions for my new start-up firm. Initially I was actually looking for just a backup solution, whether an off-site or cloud backup. The sales representative helped me decide with which one to go for and now I have to choose both cloud and off-site backup for my firm. I have sorted out files accordingly for both the servers. The process was quite hassle free and their service top notch! I would definitely recommend them to other firms!

Had our 1 year old computer restored. All data recovered, including 20 years' worth of pictures. Service was fast and passed on some good advice to us. I would recommend them for sure. Brigitte

I just have to state the staff and owner was amazing. I went in upset as I needed my phone and could not be without it. They fixed my phone, and there was a lot wrong with it. it was cost effective as their pricing was very fair. I recommend this company and i Will come back and refer them to everyone I know. They know what they are doing and they also are very empathetic to customers who come in upset and scared the phone would never work again. But they fixed it with no issues!!

This is a great store, they have almost everything you need for your sewing machine n sergers. The owner are very nice n friendly couple, they would help you to solve your sewing problem if u need. Also the employees are very friendly too, I would love to take as many sewing classes as I can. They make me feel like home n family.

I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!

A few months ago Smart Home Creations installed our home theater equipment. After a phone call Jason came to our home to do their on-site evaluation. He was very easy to talk too and did a thorough evaluation. When he was finished we knew exactly what we needed. Jason let us know they could also provide all the equipment we needed, and I was blown away by his knowledge. They finished ahead of schedule and really took the time to explain how to use the new equipment. We are “tech” challenged and even weeks later we needed a reminder that they were more than happy to give. Great experience I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market.

It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!

Excellent service. I have been with this company for close to 5 years, and have yet to come across a problem that they have not been able to fix.
I have a small office with 5 employees and David fixes things that no one else has been able to.
His prices are excellent and he is the only reliable IT person that I have been able to find so far. He will return all calls, if not that day then within 12 hours.
