This is a great place to learn and practice Aikido.Having been away from that Art for awhile the Instructors are all very patient and make sure you are brought "up to speed". This dojo places a lot of focus on the tradtions of Aikdo but also stresses the practicality of the techniques in real life situations. Everything is kept very clean and in order. I had excellent service from the first consultation through to the completion of our our dream pool. For our pool we wanted 10' of water in the deep end for diving, other companies that quoted for us would only do a shallower lap pool. The overall size was 20' wide by 43' long and it was the best thing we have done for our family; especially over the long hot summers and during the pandemic when everything was closed we could still swim with out children. I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical.
