I ordered Yamaha digital piano P-45 stands online in Feb 2021 and intended the store pick up location is in Nanaimo. Somehow I did not notice the order has no store location attached in the system although the purchase did go through. My husband and I were very impressed today with the setup and layout of the garden centre during the pandemic. The staff at the gate with hand sanitizer, the aisles set up with arrows to follow, staff available to assist with questions, good setup at the cash and someone to wipe down the wagon after loading your car. Very pleased with the service and it shows that they really care for their customers and staff during this stressful time. Thank you Cultivate Gardens and we shall return.
