The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

We always knew about this company however knew had the opportunity to work with them until two weeks ago. I had a very last minute request. One day before an event. The owner was so friendly and helpful, she made sure to recommend appropriate items and had everything ready for pick up the very next morning. Love this company and I recommend them.

The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.

I had my piano moved last Friday by Lance and crew from Braymore. All I can say is Wow! I have never seen such efficient and perfect execution of Service before this.
Lance has the experience along with the technical, communication, and leadership skills to make the project look easy but I know it is a difficult procedure to move around a 600 pound piano.

My husband and I have rented apartments for the past 18 years and never ever had the kind of service Boncore Management has provided. We have been renting this apartment for the past four years under Boncore Management and just can't believe how much they care about our home. Anything that needs fixing they have responded quickly and fixed the problem and done it right... very experienced at what they do.
