I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! It was such an anxiety provoking moment for me and they took all of that away and made me feel calm so I could go about my day while they fixed my car. I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.

A large nail in my tire left me stranded on Currie Road. I called WILLSON Towing, on a chance. They were closest to where we sat stranded with a flat.This was a positive experience in every way. Sean was so helpful and kind - understanding our dilemma. Both the main office and Sean the driver who came to our aid went above and beyond to get us towed to a place nearby where we could get assistance. This garage is wonderful!!! They provide small town service, where they take time to know your name, and provide extra service and supports!!! Recently another car scratched the back of my bumper in a parking lot, and Jordan Gray buffed it out and did not charge me for it!! Their kindness, turned a bad morning, into a wonderful day!!!
