Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. From the first phone call to completion of my dentures the care I received was excellent. Both the receptionist Debbie & Dr Klay Quilley provided friendly, courteous and very competent care. They went out of their way (or maybe that is just their normal customer service) to ensure I received the best care possible.
