I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. After contacting John, they came and replaced my dead spruce with a Black Hills spruce. Tree looks great, their job was neat and clean. when they were finished the tree looked like it had been there for years. Job well done

The cable was seized on my mower. Googled the model number and nothing comes up. Great. I phone Sears parts. It is $14.22 USD plus shipping to a US address.
Ideal says bring it down and we will match it up. I do, she does and $20 later I am out the door.
How can the service get any better than that? Part if PERFECT, service is PERFECT, price is PERFECT.
I always support local businesses first. I want them to be here when we need them.

Was very prompt, he came to give me a quote the same day I had called. He was also the cheapest quote I received out of the three companies who came to take a look. Then after they were finished cutting the tree down they did such a good job cleaning up you wouldnt even know they had been there. They will definitely be my go to tree and landscape company from now on.

Had our new yard landscaped by Shadow Creek this past summer. We are very happy with the results and the owner goes above and beyond to do a super job. He is very meticulous and spends a lot of time to do everything properly. There is absolutely no cutting corners. He also put in a propane fire pit with a surrounding tile sitting area which we are very pleased with. We highly recommend this landscaper.
