Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I want to respond to VioletW, her laptop was diagnosed as a damaged motherboard. She had taken it to 2 other shops. I showed her damage caused by a previous repair attempt. She decided not to repair it. 2.5 hours of disassembly, diagnostic and reassembly and only charged for 1 hour as I felt bad for her situation. The accusation of scratching the screen is untrue. I am disappointed that she tries to sabotage my business for something not in my control.
